Kiana Martinez joined the firm in January 2020 as a legal assistant.

Kiana obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Bachelors of Arts in Critical Diversity Studies at the University of San Francisco. While obtaining her Bachelor Degrees, Kiana focused her studies, leadership positions and community engagement on understanding and addressing systemic oppression, diversity and inclusion. Kiana has curated and facilitated programs for students, faculty/staff and community members to engage in dialogue surrounding privilege and inequity as a pathway for justice.

While working as a legal assistant, Kiana continues to be engaged in her wider community of East San Jose through volunteering at food distribution programs and serving as a mentor to high school youth. During her spare time, Kiana enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active and watching sports games. Kiana is currently studying for the Law School Admissions Test.
